Layby at Little Sprout

At Little Sprout, we offer a 90-Day Layby option for orders over $200.

Layby is available both in-store and online. 

To purchase using Layby, simply use the code LAYBY at checkout. This will reduce the initial payment required to 20% of the total purchase price. 

Within 2 business days we will email you an invoice for the remaining amount. This invoice can be paid in instalments by either Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit. The Layby instructions email will include all payment details required to make ongoing payments. 

Full payment of the Layby balance is required within 90 days of the invoice.

All products will be dispatched upon full payment of the Layby. Partial shipment is not available for Layby.

Any Layby cancellations or returns will incur a termination fee of $20 which will be taken from the initial deposit. We do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on Layby items.

If your order includes a $17.95 (or more) shipping charge for bulky products, this will be charged upfront or added to the Layby invoice we will send to you after placing your order. 

Orders without Bulky Items will qualify for Free Shipping. However, if your deposit amount comes to under $220, a $12.95 shipping fee will initially be added to the deposit total. This amount will be deducted from the invoice we send to you.

Once a Layby order is placed with us, we are unable to change it. You can not add to, remove, swap or replace products on a Layby order. 

Promotional and discount codes can not be used for Layby orders. The price at the time of your order is final - no further discounts or price adjustments will be made, even if the items on your order are adjusted in price at a later time.

Please ignore the auto-generated order confirmation emails that you will receive after placing your initial order. Unfortunately, these are automated and it is not possible for us to turn them off for layby orders. Your order will only be shipped once it has been paid in full. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

In order to offer Layby as a payment option to our customers we are required to keep the administrative burden as low as possible. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to ensure their Layby is fully paid prior to the due date. If there is an outstanding amount due, customers will receive one notification reminder on the day their Layby is due and if payment is not received it will be automatically cancelled in 5 business days. In this case, a refund minus the $20 termination fee, will be provided.
